Boxing Training Programs
Every individual is different and has a different level of fitness and boxing knowledge and experience. If you are just getting started or want to learn for the first time, we can accommodate you and build a plan that starts at the beginner level and consistently progresses toward intermediate and advanced over time.

Personal Training
Personal training is session based on each individual needs ans goals, we tailor the program to meet each persons needs accordingly, no one sizes fits all motto!
Individual Sessions
There are no beginner classes, each session is personal and designed for that persons needs and level of fitness.
Group Training
We offer personal one-on-one or small group training based on the goals that one wants to achieve for themselves to meet there personal goal and/or medical goal.

Maliq Harris has been boxing for 22 years working with all levels of diseases and disabilities. We specialize in Parkinson’s disease. Boxing is known as one of the best exercises for Parkinson’s. Boxing has increased the client’s strength and has improved hand-eye coordination, posture, gross motor skills, balance confidence, and mental sharpness.
Parkinson’s lacks the ability to produce an important chemical called dopamine, but it is shown that boxing significantly increases your dopamine levels. Physical activity helps treat patients with Parkinson’s disease by allowing it not to worsen. Incorporating boxing is an excellent way to keep the body moving, and helps build strength, balance, endurance, and coordination.
