Every individual is different and has a different level of fitness and boxing knowledge and experience. If you are just getting started or want to learn for the first time, we can accommodate you and build a plan that starts at the beginner level and consistently progresses toward intermediate and advanced over time.

Personal training is session based on each individual needs ans goals, we tailor the program to meet each persons needs accordingly, no one sizes fits all motto!
There are no beginner classes, each session is personal and designed for that persons needs and level of fitness.
We offer personal one-on-one or small group training based on the goals that one wants to achieve for themselves to meet there personal goal and/or medical goal.
Maliq and his gym has helped me in ways I can’t even describe. Through out the years I’ve found myself lost, directionless and feeling without a purpose.
